Mats and Matcha The Wellness Reset ✨🍵
Join us for a 50 minute Mat Pilates session 🧘🏽♀️ led by Heaven’s Touch Therapy, a BASRaT registered Sports Rehabilitator and APPI trained Pilates instructor, blending clinical Pilates with functional rehab principles.
This class is suitable for all levels and focuses on posture, core engagement and gentle full body movement 🤍 Expect to stretch, strengthen and reset in a way that feels supportive, not intense. You will move at your own pace in a calm, welcoming space.
You are encouraged to dress in yoga or sportswear, get comfortable and settle into the session 👟 Small babies and children are welcome 👶🏽 making this a truly inclusive wellness moment for mums.
Throughout the class, Heaven’s Touch Therapy will also share simple, practical wellness tips ✨ covering everyday movement, posture and small habits that support both body and mind.
